The Oatley Hotel has a variety of areas which are suitable for hosting any event from a small family or business gathering to large festive occasions. We apologise that larger functions will not be reserved on Friday evenings due to the capacity of our regular patronage.

Outdoor Terrace – 50 - 200 guests
Covered Balcony – 20-30 guests
Various private rooms – 20-200 guests
Pine Garden – 20-50 guests
Ground Floor
Fireside Lounge – 30-50 guests
Entertainment Lounge -150-200 guests
Courtyard Garden – 80-100 guests
Adjoining rooms may be combined to provide suitable areas.
HOURS AVAILABLE
Licensing restrictions require us to close at midnight and have all patrons off premise by 12.15am . Some exceptions apply and may allow a later finishing time.
SECURITY
Security guards at an additional cost and or security deposit may be required depending on the type of function, number and age of guests and the time and date that the function is held.
CATERING
Functions can be fully catered from our Bistro or Caterer's menus depending on guest numbers. Some self catering options are also available. Options are available from a minimum of $8. Menus attached are a guide only and can be tailored to suit.
BEVERAGES
* Drinks may be purchased by guests from the bar or
* A prepaid Bar Tab may be set up for identified guests or
* Drink tokens may be pre purchased for distribution.
BEVERAGE PRICE GUIDE
A wide variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available at pub prices. Hosts may elect to limit choices available to their guests to meet budget requirements.
Over 4 hours we suggest you allow 6-8 drinks per male guest and 4-6 per female guest. These are averages only which already take into account some may not drink while others will indulge!
LOW & NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
We will provide complimentary ice water.
Soft drink and low alcohol beers are available for purchase.
Self serve Tea and Coffee facilities can be arranged.
ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment and audio visual facilities are available at various costs - including DJ, live music, juke box. Pre recorded music of your choice can be broadcast free of charge.
